Why should I use OBEDIA and not my manufacturer?

If you are creating audio or music the chances are that you're using a number of software programs from different manufacturers. Why call multiple manufacturers when you only have to make one call to OBEDIA for all the help and training you need? We can provide help and training when it suits your schedule and not the manufacturers.

What products are supported?

We support all the popular products on the market and we are continually adding to the list. We also participate in many manufacturer beta test programs so our team is always up to speed when a new program or update is released.

What are the hours of operation?

Monday - Friday- 10am to 6pm CST.
Cases outside of those hours can be scheduled. Call to make arrangements.
Closed on major holidays.

How Do I Start?

We need information about your system in order to make the most efficient use of the time you have purchased. Go to Getting Started and set up your customer profile. Once you've done that call our toll free number and our dispatch will take down the details of your needs and schedule a session with one of our experts.

When are my minutes being used?

For phone and remote desktop, only at the time our technician starts your session. Not during intake with dispatch. NOTE: Purchased minutes are transferable only with permission form OBEDIA and expire one year from purchase. You will be notified as that date draws closer.

Can you teach me how to use my software?

Yes, absolutely! As long as your program is on our Supported Products list we can show you how to use it. Why waste your valuable time plowing through a 900 page manual when you can have a personal training session with one of OBEDIA experts?

How much does it cost?

We offer many bundles and packages to suit your specific needs. Choose either pay as you go Session bundles or Subscribe for exclusive content access, greater savings, special discounts and promotions.

Can I still use my OBEDIA minutes if my subscription is inactive? 

No. If your OBEDIA subscription is active, the time on your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, the time on your subscription will cancel at the end of your subscription term. As long as your subscription with OBEDIA is active, you can use the time on your user account to work with OBEDIA.

Can you recommend a DAW?

Yes! In fact, not only can we recommend one,we can custom build one for your through out Hardware and Software division PCAudioLabs.com

Whether you buy as system from us or not, we can talk to you about your specific expectations and help you tailor a system to meet your needs. We can also integrate it into your workflow. From a laptop to a 50 seat, networked, server based post production facility we can provide system recommendations.

Does it matter where I'm located?

We have many happy clients throughout the world including Australia, Asia and Europe, as well as the United States and Canada. The only caveat is that we provide English speaking services only.
