Phone - 1 point per minute
Our team of skilled professionals is only a phone call away, any time of day or night.

Remote Desktop Session - 1 point per minute
This new service allows our technicians to demonstrate applications step by step to you directly via your web browser. They can also access your computer, to troubleshoot or provide you a needed driver or installer. The access portion is permission based and we will not be able to access your computer without your express permission. Broadband internet connection required.

Online - 5 points per incident
This new service is for those who want to save a little money and don't require immediate assistance. You create your own case from your Control Panel and an OBEDIA technician responds to your question within 24 hours via your Control Panel Message Center.

On-Site - 1 point per minute
Our OBEDIA technicians can provide convenient troubleshooting and training at your home, studio or business in any Southern California location. Minimum 1 hour charge, billed in 15 minute increments thereafter. Travel charges of 50% of hourly rate apply to locations outside the Los Angeles Metro Area
